How does it know about my business?

You give us the source material (a menu, price list, listings, services, FAQs, opening hours, anything you'd want a customer to be able to ask about.) We build the assistant around that, and it answers strictly from what you've provided. It won't pull random answers from the internet or make things up.
What if it doesn't know the answer?

It tells the customer honestly and, where it can, points them to the closest thing it does know, or redirects them to contact you directly. We deliberately build it to never bluff. For anything sensitive, like allergies, it always defers to your staff rather than guessing.
Does it only work for restaurants?

Not at all. The menu is simply an easy thing to demo. The same assistant works for any business with information worth asking about: hotels, estate and letting agents, clinics, salons, schools, showrooms, trades. The two extra tabs in the demo above show it answering hotel and property questions on the same engine.
Will it match my brand, or feel like a generic bot?
