InfiniView ("we", "us", "our") builds custom virtual tours and AI assistants for businesses across Ireland. We are based in County Mayo and are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any questions about this policy or about your information, you can reach us at infiniviewireland@gmail.com.
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of standard technical data needed to run the website.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. This is used only to deliver the website and keep it secure. Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts; when it does, your IP address is shared with Google in order to display those fonts.
Cookies. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or website analytics. We do not build profiles of visitors or track you across other websites.
Under the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using your information. We rely on the following:
We never sell your information, and we never use it for advertising.
We keep your information to ourselves wherever possible. We only share it with the trusted services that help us run our business, and only the parts they need:
These providers act as our processors: they handle your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
Some of the providers above (such as Web3Forms, Google, and our storage provider) may process information on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (for example, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) — so your information continues to be protected to European standards.
We hold onto your information only for as long as we genuinely need it:
Under data protection law you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, just email us at infiniviewireland@gmail.com. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission: 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, or via dataprotection.ie.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. The services we use to handle your data maintain their own security measures, and we limit access to your information to what's necessary to help you.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and the adults who run them. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We'd encourage you to check back occasionally.
