How it works

From your front door
to your customers'
screens.

No technical knowledge required. No complex setup. Just three straightforward steps between you and a live virtual tour on your website.

01

You book a site visit

Fill in the short form at the bottom of this page — your name, business name, location, and a rough idea of the kind of space you have. That's all we need to get started.

We'll confirm a date and time that works for you within one business day. There's no charge for the visit, no commitment required, and no preparation needed on your end.

What to expect

The booking form takes under two minutes to complete. We cover all of County Mayo and surrounding areas, and we travel further for larger projects — just let us know where you are.

02

We come to you

Our team visits your location and walks the entire space with you. We're assessing three things: the number of scenes your tour will need, the routing complexity (how locations connect to each other), and any specific features you'd like to include.

We take test shots, check lighting conditions, and get a clear picture of what the finished tour will look and feel like. You'll have a chance to tell us exactly what you want visitors to see and how you want them to experience the space.

The visit itself

Most site visits take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the size of your property. You don't need to clear the space or prepare anything — we work around normal business operations.

03

You receive a clear quote

Within 48 hours of the site visit, we send you a detailed, itemised quote. You'll see exactly what's included, what the shoot timeline looks like, and what the final tour will contain. No surprises, no hidden costs.

Once you approve it, we schedule the shoot and get to work. Depending on complexity, most tours are delivered within two to three weeks of shoot day — fully built, tested, and ready to embed on your website with a single line of code we provide.

After approval

You'll receive a shareable preview link to review the tour before it goes live. We make any requested changes and hand it over ready to publish. Ongoing support is included for 90 days after delivery.

Add-ons we'll discuss during your visit

Every tour includes the full standard platform. These extras go further — we'll walk you through which ones make sense for your space and your visitors.

Popular
AI visitor assistant
A chat panel built into the tour where your visitors can ask questions about your space, your services, or anything else — and get instant, intelligent answers. No staff required.
Ideal for large venues
Smart route planner
Visitors pick where they are and where they want to go — the tour shows them the path, step by step, with animated navigation. Perfect for hotels, campuses, and multi-building sites.
Outdoor spaces
Live weather display
A live wind direction compass and weather widget embedded in the tour — ideal for golf courses, estates, and outdoor event spaces where conditions are part of the visitor experience.

Branding
Custom branded UI
Match the tour's colours, typography, and interface elements to your own brand identity — so it feels like a seamless part of your website, not a third-party embed.

Add hotspot labels and info cards in multiple languages — particularly useful for tourism businesses, international schools, or any site welcoming visitors from abroad.

Answers before you ask

How long does it take from booking to a live tour?
+
From your initial booking to the tour going live on your website, the typical timeline is two to four weeks. The site visit usually happens within a week of booking, the quote arrives within 48 hours of that, and once you approve it, the shoot and build process takes one to two weeks depending on the scope. We'll give you a specific timeline in your quote.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my space?
+
Nothing unusual. We work around your normal operations — you don't need to close, clear out, or rearrange anything for the site visit. For the actual shoot day, we'll advise in advance on things like lighting and whether any areas benefit from being tidied up or styled slightly. But the standard is to capture your space naturally, as your visitors would experience it.
Will it work on my existing website?
+
Yes, regardless of what platform your site runs on. We provide a single embed code that works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, and any custom-built site. If you or your web person can paste a line of code into a page, the tour is live. We're also happy to do the embed for you if needed — just ask.
Can I update the tour after it's built — if something changes?
+
Yes. If you renovate, add new rooms, or want to refresh scenes, we can return and reshoot specific areas. Updates are quoted separately based on the scope of changes. Minor text changes to hotspot labels or info cards can often be handled remotely without a return visit.
What's a typical cost?
+
Cost depends entirely on the number of scenes, the size of the space, and which add-ons you include — which is exactly why we do the site visit before quoting. A small three-scene tour for a boutique or café is a very different scope to a twelve-scene hotel or campus tour. What we can promise is that the quote you receive will be specific, itemised, and fixed — no surprises afterwards.
Where do you cover?
+
We're based in County Mayo and regularly cover the West of Ireland. We also travel nationally for larger projects. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just drop your location in the booking form and we'll let you know — or reach out directly before booking.
